Understanding that there are instances when you might need to return an item, we've provided a clear and fair return policy for your convenience.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: Should you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please provide a photo of the issue and send it to Once the issue is verified, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a replacement, as preferred.

  2. Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes, you might change your mind. Therefore, customers globally can return their purchases within 14 days for a full refund. This applies even if you simply change your preference, ensuring that you have the freedom to make the right choice.

  3. Item Not as Described: If the item you receive is not as described on our platform, you can also initiate a return.

To process a return:

  • Claims for returns must be submitted within 28 days after the product is received.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition – unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Ensure you also include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • All returns are to be shipped back to us at your own expense. On receipt and after verification, we'll refund the full amount of your original purchase. Ensure all names and order numbers are clearly marked on the returned parcels.
  • If your package is en route, please wait for its arrival before initiating a return to qualify for a refund.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refunds to credit cards can take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. For PayPal refunds, the money should reflect in your PayPal account immediately, but if the original payment was made using a credit card linked to PayPal, it might take up to 30 days to reflect on your card statement.

14-day Cooling-off Period:

For all customers, regardless of their location, you have the right to return your purchases within 14 days for a full refund. The conditions for this period are:

  • The 14-day period commences the day after you receive your product.
  • Once you notify us within this period about a return, you have an additional 14 days to ship the item back to us.

Order Cancellation & Changes:

  • You can make changes, including cancellations, up to 24 hours after placing an order.
  • For modifications after 24 hours, please email with your order number and the required changes. We'll try our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this period.

Incorrect Address Policy:

  • Should you make an address error, respond to your order confirmation email with the correct address within 24 hours. After this period, customers will bear responsibility for any undelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses.
